ORGANIZATIONAL STUDY

YWA TRADE TEST and TRAINING CENTER INC was established year 2005. Its primary purposes were to provide welding, masonry, carpentry and allied training services to internal and external clients. YWA TTTC was specifically set-up to provide various and multi-functional training to manpower workforce prior to deployment to their respective assignment.





ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE



In its operation, YTTCI created this organizational structure to effectively manage its operation. The following are the respective job descriptions:

PRESIDENT:

Heads the organization and the primary driving force in achieving the target goal of the company.

TC ADMINISTRATOR:

Responsible for day-to-day operation of the training center, in-charge of special projects and related job.

ACADEMIC / MARKETING DIRECTOR:

Responsible for marketing and academic development.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:

The Administrative department will take care of maintenance of facilities, collections and disbursement of finance and initially will also take charge of personnel requirement.

FACULTY HEAD:

Responsible in managing faculty staff, scheduling of teaching loads and other related works.
